Fokus Bank Mini Marathon

We are developing the event in 2011 in partnership with Idrettsbarnehagen “The sports play school” and our sponsors, in terms of the organization and the activities of the day.

If you are between 0 – 10 years old you are welcome to run, walk or sit in a perambulator around the 500 meter long course inside the Fortress. If you want to dress up that is just fun!

Register your child online at our website in advance – then you avoid the line at Festningsplassen on Saturday. The final deadline for registration and paying online is Thursday 22nd September. But if there are places available you may late-register on Friday 23/9 and Saturday 24/9 in Fanahallen at Akershus Fortress.
Take along the whole family to Festningsplassen on Saturday 24th September at 12:00. There will be lots of exciting and fun activities for children of all ages from 12:00 midday with Idrettsbarnehagen – “the Sports Play School”. Remember you must be registered to participate in the activities. The race starts at 14:00.

SK Vidar, Idrettsbarnehagen and other working partners are making sure that there is a lot of entertainment and fun around the run. The run is approximately 500 meters.

Group allocation will be according to age, the oldest children starting first. The participants will receive a T-shirt when they collect their start number and a medal for their effort afterwards.
